Boat Cove Trail

Located at the entrance to Isle aux Morts, this trail offers the visitor a relaxing walk and a breathtaking view of the community and the archipelago of islands that surround it.
This trail tells the story of how residents of the nearby community of Isle aux Morts collected their daily water supply in the early 1900's before the town water system was installed. Interpretation panels, rest areas and an observatory deck overlook the community.
Keep your eyes open for local flora (including the pitcher plant) which can be found along the Boat Cove Trail.
